  My wife and I are the owner-operators of a childcare center located in the McLean-Tysons area of Fairfax County. The facility includes an outdoor playground, which has playground-specific mulch. We originally discovered Saunders Landscape Supply in July 2024. We needed to replenish the playground mulch (25 cubic yards) and Saunders is one of the local businesses that offers 'playground mulch'. We had a positive initial experience in 2024 and welcomed the opportunity to use Saunders again. We contacted Saunders in August 2026 to refresh the playground mulch (40 cubic yards). Kristal, the office manager, was knowledgeable, helpful, and coordinated the order and delivery for us. The mulch was delivered slightly earlier than the time window provided, which was a welcomed surprise. Reggie, the driver, actually remembered us from our initial 2024 delivery. More importantly, an extenuating circumstance developed during the mulch dropoff. Reggie called us and, after talking things through, unilaterally came up with a solution to the problem. He quickly diffused what could have been a stressful situation for us. Playground mulch is likely not Saunders' primary landscape menu item. Given how well they have accommdated our needs, we can imagine how well they handle their bread-and-butter materials (top soil, stone, firewood, etc.). We recommend Saunders Landscape Supply for your landscape supply needs. It goes without saying Saunders is our go-to playground mulch provider. Well done.

  Great experience! I had to reschedule drop-off, and they made it very easy. Good quality topsoil as well.

  I have used Saunders Landscape Supply a few times for projects and they always deliver the best product, the best price, and work with me to get it where it is needed on my property.

  This is the 3rd time I have purchased and had delivery from Saunders. Every easy to order online. I got my delivery in 2 days but could have come in 1 day if I was ready. I live in Montgomery County MD. I set out a cone in the driveway where I wanted it and the driver put it in the perfect spot. The quality is very good. Now that I have spread the 25 cubic yards out the yard looks great! Next year I will order earlier (April instead of June) when it is cooler outside.
