Scott Fendlay and the Reliable Carpet team did an Awesome job.Total transformed the house. The installation team was quick, knowledgeably and professional. Cleaned after the removal of the old carpet and also once the new was installed. Plus the kitchen flooring turned out amazing. A must use for your flooring needs.

Scott responded to a txt within minutes and was there for an estimate the next day. He was clear about expectations and cost, took measurements, called his supplier on speaker in front of us to confirm stock and scheduled the job within two business days. He was there with his crew to ensure they knew the plan. They arrived on time and finished both our kitchen, basement room, and small bathroom in one day. Thank you Scott!

I had an excellent experience working with Reliable Flooring Services, and I can’t say enough good things about Colin Reymann and Scott Fendlay. Both were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Colin and Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied with the work. They were responsive, reliable, and genuinely cared about providing great service rather than just getting the job done. The quality of the flooring work was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Colin and Scott take a lot of pride in what they do and truly value their customers. I would highly recommend Reliable Flooring Services to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. Colin and Scott are both fantastic, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
