  I own several houses in Cambridge and bought all my appliances from Brooks. Excellent service! I wouldn't think of buying from any other store!

  After Lowes brought me two damaged refrigerators, my dad told me about this place. He went before I could make it to the store to see what they had. He sent me pics of a side by side Frigidaire, I told him that I liked it, and he put money towards to hold it for me until I could make to the store to pay the rest. He worked with Laire in the store who took off $100 due to a cosmetic mark on the side of the refrigerator. My delivery date was on July 20th, and Josh and Nathan were phenomenal! They took the doors off the refrigerator so that they could get the refrigerator up the stairs to my kitchen because of the tight space of the walls and rails in my house. They hooked everything up and made sure everything was running properly. They even wiped down the refrigerator before leaving! We even had some friendly banter during the installation. I highly recommend this place.
