Struggled to have one item accurately delivered. Ultimately couldn't figure out how to navigate having the item replaced. Ops Manager may have to adjust their abrasive approach to service now that HD is coming. Disappointing overall.
Nice response, just because you say it, doesn’t make it true.
End of the day the fact is, one item requested, wrong item delivered. Let’s swap it out? Easy right?
Apparently it is not. Then you get raspy attitude.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a lawn mower from this location less than a month ago. I didn't open it until today because I didn't need to cut my grass until now and I didn't have anywhere to store an in-tact lawn mower because I had to finish building my shed. Anyway, I opened the box (which looked like it had been opened and re-taped, not even taped all the way) and the batteries and charger that were supposed to come with it were missing. No big deal. I called the store and told them the chargers and batteries were missing. They put me on hold to talk to the manager then conveniently the call disconnected each time they put me on hold. Got through to another person (she sounded less than enthusiastic to be having to work and talk to me, her name started with a B, maybe Becca/Becky/Britney) after 20 minutes who said the manager said i can't return it. Um, excuse me? Your app says I can return it still (its still within the 30 days and allows me to report it has missing parts). I asked to speak with the manager because I didn't just pay nearly $400 for a lawnmower only to not get the parts it was supposed to come with. The manager, Jim, finally picked up the line, also didn't sound happy to be talking to me (I've always heard the customer service here is sh!t). I told him I want to either return or exchange it because I didn't just pay $400 for it to not have everything. His response was "I'm not taking something back thats missing the batteries and charger, that's essentially the cost of the lawnmower" (apparently he doesn't know the store products at this point because the batteries are $99 each, not almost $400). He was pretty rude and basically indirectly accusing me of taking the batteries and chargers myself and trying to get my money back (all I wanted to do was exchange it so I could use what I paid money for). Then he was criticizing me and questioning why its taking me 3 weeks to realize this. I re-explained to him (although its really none of his business) that i didn't need to cut my grass until now so I left it boxed since I needed to finish my shed and didn't have anywhere to store a fully built mower.
Clearly this company doesn't care about it's customers. I question how much they even care about their employees because when I picked up the lawn mower using curbside pick up, it was brought out to my car by a young girl so pregnant she was only 20 days away from her due date, they made her bring a nearly 100lb box out to my car, which she couldn't even safely lift to put in my car. I had to help her and ended up injuring my back even more than it already was.
My husband and I have had other bad experiences here too. When needing help, employees aren't willing to help show you where the item you need is. One person told us it was in one location, we went to that location and it wasnt anything related to what we needed, a woman told us it was in another aisle, wasn't there either. Customer service doesn't exist in this location.
This place is a joke. Can't wait for home depot to open, hopefully that'll put this Lowes out of business.

Just bought a new LG washer/ dryer combo. Sales person, Jaclb, was fabulous...helpful and knowledgeable. However, delivery and installation not good. They brought them in and said "unfortunately " they couldn't hook up dryer due to the vent going into the floor. And " unfortunately " they couldn't hook up washer because there was a chip our of my washer drain pan. So I called someone outside of Lowe's to finish the job. We'll, "UNFORTUNATELY "the delivery team with Carlos hooked up the dryer power cord wiring wrong and it shocked ..badly.. the new installer. If they're worried about liability, they need to ensure that the people doing the installation know what they're doing.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
