I worked with them primarily, but the entire staff provided outstanding customer service. From the cashier to the delivery driver, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I was truly impressed with the experience from start to finish, and this will definitely be my new go-to nursery. Thank you for such an awesome experience!
- MKMilena KirilyukJun 6, 20261.0The big tree we bought in this store DIED JUST WITHIN 3 WEEKS AFTER THE STOTE PLANTED IT. We returned to the store and brought pictures of the dead tree. The manager Mr. Carlos didn’t care to look at the pictures and he considered losing tree “my problem”. He refused to replace the tree or refund the money despite the 1 year warranty the sales people said we have when they were buying the tree. Mr. Carlos claimed the store doesn’t provide compensation for lost trees. I wouldn’t recommend buying bigger trees in that nursery. The store doesn’t honour warranty.
