I came here today Sat, July 25, 2026 in order to get informations about renting a new storage unit and I found a nice, compassionate and helpful gentleman named Farid Mohamed. He helped me a lot by showing me the differents type of units depending on my needs. Many times when you go to get informations about storage units, they usually tell you the size and don't show you. Some background: I'm an Army veteran in the middle of downsizing my entire life — moving my elderly mother and myself out of our home on a hard deadline. It's been one of the most stressful stretches of my life. I walked into Extra Space Storage carrying all of that, and I walked out feeling like somebody finally had my back.
Farid is the reason. Patient, straight with me, zero pressure, zero upsell games. He took the time to actually understand my situation and made sure I got the right unit for my needs, explained everything clearly, and turned what should have been one more exhausting errand into the easiest part of my entire move. You cannot train that kind of genuine care — either an employee has it or they don't, and Farid has it in abundance.
Here's the part corporate should notice: there is another storage facility 0.2 miles from this one. I rented HERE because of Farid. He is the difference between your company getting my money or your competitor getting it. That's what one great employee is worth.
Extra Space Storage: you have something special at Dino Dr. Farid should be the standard other stores are trained to. Recognize him, promote him, give this man a raise — he earned it in a single visit.
