EMPLOYEES WOULD RATHER TALK TO ONE ANOTHER THAN ASK A SHOPPER IF THEY NEED ASSISTANCE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THERE ARE NO REGISTERS WITH A HUMAN TO ASSIST. I just have to give a huge shoutout to Duane and the entire team at the Bowie Lowe’s.
Duane helped me with SEVERAL transactions, answered all of my questions, gave me great advice, and even helped carry my items out to my car—all while the store was getting ready to close. Not once did he make me feel rushed. He was so attentive, patient, and genuinely nice the entire time.
I bought my house in March, so I’ve been spending a lot of time (and money 😅) at home improvement stores lately, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had at any of them. The customer service was above and beyond.
To make it even better, the staff were amazing with my puppy and gave her so much love and attention while we were there. It’s the little things like that that make a difference.
Overall, 11/10 experience. Duane and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic, and this location has definitely earned my business. I’ll be back for all of my home improvement needs. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful shopping trip such a great experience!

I LOVE THIS LOWE’S!! This location aways has what I need and the customer service I receive is unmatched! Employees like Michelle, Trina, Fred and Lawanda provide professional, knowledgeable and genuine customer service with a smile! Every time Michelle sees me in the store looking lost she asks me how I’m doing and directs me in the right path to find whatever I need. There have been times she walks me to the location of the item or contacts someone to provide the best guidance in whatever department. One day, I was in the store and cut myself picking up bricks for yard. Trina saw my cut while I was paying for my items and got a first aid kit and made sure I was better before I left. It’s hard to find quality employees that know their job, loves what they do, cares for their customers and are willing to go the extra mile! These valuable Lowe’s employees are a major reason why I come back and LOVE LOWE’S HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE! Thank you Lowe’s!
