  Sarah was my design consultant & Jerry my installer. Everything from scheduling through install went smoothly & was very easy. I shopped many companies and found the quality of the products & service far superior to other options. Both Sarah & Jerry, and everyone I interacted with, seemed to really care & went above and beyond to ensure I was happy & all my needs were met. Highly recommend!

  I tangled my blinds and they couldn't be lowered. I called Stoneside the next morning and Jerry came out to fix it that afternoon. I was so impressed and appreciative with the quick response, particularly since it was just before the Christmas holiday weekend. Jerry was wonderful. He quickly fixed the problem and gave me advice as how to avoid tangling the blinds in the future. He even checked out 2 other blinds for me. He seemed to really enjoy, and take pride in, his work.He told me to call anytime I had a problem. I am very pleased with Stoneside and it's employees. Update. When the problems with the blinds persisted Jerry determined that they should be replaced or restrung. He just installed two restrung blinds that now work perfectly. Jerry puts the cutomer's interest first. As soom as he comes into my home he puts covers on his shoes to protect the floors and he takes care not to inadvertently damage any walls, etc when going about his work. He reassures me that if I ever have a problem with any of the blinds in the future he will do what is best, not most expedient, to correct the problem. Again, I am very impressed with Stoneside in general, and Jerry in particular.

  This was overall a great experience. Alan and Jerry were so amazing. They installed our blinds and drapes so professionally and efficiently. The quality from Stoneside turned out so elegant! And shout out to Jada for her beautiful design ideas! It was definitely worth the wait!
