  My husband and I recently (July 2nd) bought a loveseat for our bedroom sitting room and was helped by an employee named Teressa M. She was very helpful, pleasant and not the least bit pushy which I hate! When it came time to make our purchase she had all of our paperwork in order and explained everything to us. We had a very nice experience dealing with her. Because our loveseat was in stock it only took a week for it to be delivered. The delivery went very well. We were notified the day before what time they would arrive as well as on the day of delivery. There were 3 young men who worked quickly and efficiently and were very nice and polite. We recommend this store.

  Zack T was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable! He made the buying & financing process very easy. I shopped 3 other Furniture Stores that day & had no reason to return to any of them. I spent a short time at Lazy Boy & bought my new recliner there!

  Zach was a kind, unpressuring, salesman who answered our questions and made us aware of the free delivery on July 1 and 2, 2026. We entered our information on the Bexley sofa that we were interested in our first visit. We told him that we wanted to look other places and he was fine with that. After looking around other places, our first choice was the Bexley sofa. We made our appointment for July 2 and met Zach to close the deal and select our pillow covers. It was a great experience through the sale. We look forward to receiving our Bexley sofa and having a 5- star rating for the delivery and quality of the sofa.

  I was looking for a loveseat. Charing was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable and showed us many different scenarios when trying to pick out the perfect one.

  We went to a total of 5 furniture stores. La Z Boy was one that we didnt really want to go in, but boy were we wrong. From the second we walked in the door we looked around and was like wow this stuff is really nice. We were greeted by a young gentlemen named Zach. He was SUPER LAID BACK and extremely friendly. That was not something we were expecting. We told him what we were looking for and sat on 3 different sets. All of which were super comfortable!! All the other furniture stores were horrible. The furniture was NOT comfortable, cheaply made and the people weren't friendly. We even had an Interior Designer from LaZBoy for FREE come out to the house and make sure the space we had would fit, as well as chosing the color. Her name was McKayla who was also VERY laid back and friendly. After 2 weeks of LaZBoy holding onto the Memorial Day price for us, we bought it. It isnt cheap furniture but you get what you pay for. They also gave us a free throw which was originally $230. Half off for delivery. 2 boxes of pet cleaning supplies for the furniture. The BEST part was......we told Zach that we couldn't afford the 12 month financing. He went to his boss and asked if they could stretch it out to 24 months and the corporate office said yes. I cant say enough Great things about them. HIGHLY RECCOMEND them!!!!!!!!
