Went back and forth trying to get help from Lowe's for a MONTH. Picked out a pedestal sink and faucet in store and after two different senior employees passed us off to a young man who was very nice, but obviously unsure how to schedule installation. We were quoted one price, paid, and then immediately got told we'd be charged another $500 for a separate installation fee. (The sink and faucet themselves were less than $200 total). We tried to get in touch with an installation crew for weeks and kept getting hung up on/endlessly transfered. Finally talked to a manager who said that the installation was set up incorrectly by the store and that he'd fix it and call us the next day. After ANOTHER week, we called, waited over twenty minutes to speak to a staff member, and just got a refund. Got the sink and faucet installed the next day by a small local plumber.
Definitely won't ever use Lowe's for anything that requires more effort than being rung up.
EDIT AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: Copying and pasting the same reply to every one star review and then directing people to the absolutely horrible AI "help" chat isn't going to make any of the unsatisfied customers any less unsatisfied.

When shop at lows maker u open and ues ur stuff because if u want pass 48 hours they won't return it or exchange it for a new one if it broken. I got this on September 28 and used it on October 1st it exploded the paint on me I can sure because that's now safe to be covered in paint. I went to return/ exchange it on 3 because I still had a lot of paint in my hair I was working washing it out. They refused to help Davis the manager said nothing he can do i have to call the manufacturer to get my money back I have video with of everything I can go to a lawyer and sue lows for what happened to me with a a product from their store but all I want is a new one or my money back so I can get a new one. I didn't know it was this difficult to try to do something on your own

Wasn't easy at all to find help.I'd rather deal with home depot, they have much more staff that freely helps you.after asking, there 3rd employee to help me,they said please wait.,ill be back after waiting they nevr came back so I just walked out.not good if you need help.I wanna say prices are fair compared to others but the service is extremely horrible! Edit 2: I reached out to customer service as requested and was told that they couldn't help me and that the team they were forwarding my request to might not actually ever respond.
Edit: literally everything I bought from here had something wrong with it. I've never seen anything like it.
The Repels All had been opened and was only half full. The repellent I purchased had a wand that didn't work. In addition to their predatory practices and dishonest pricing.
Will. Never. Return.
Can't recommend. Business practices feel...aggressive. I needed to look up an item I had ordered before on Amazon to make sure I was buying the right one at Lowe's. However the signal in the building is bad so I connected to the Lowe's wifi.
This is when I discover that Lowe's wifi blocks Amazon's website.
I don't need to be bullied out of price comparing, and on top of that I wasn't even doing that. I was just trying to find the right item to buy AT LOWE'S.
So I look it up another way and find what I need to know. I turn around and find what I'm looking for and it's priced at just under $5, which was surprising but I thought it was a sale or something because the price tag appeared to be labeled for the product it was sitting under.
Get to the register, it's $35. Fine, not really surprised, but then the guy at the register tried to tell me that I misread and shows me some other deal that doesn't even mention the price I told him was on the sign.
So yeah overall can't recommend at least this location of Lowe's.

Ordered a Kobalt workbench that was supposed to be delivered. They ended up missing the first deadline, then told me to wait another two hours and ended up missing the second deadline…come to find out they never shipped it out of the store. I finally had enough and cancelled the order. The level of incompetence that is in this company is incredible and laughable. The left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing. It’s truly surprising.
