I visit a lot of storage facilities with my profession, and this facility not only one of BEST facilities in the city in terms of management, its by far one of the cleanest! Steven does a great job keeping this place in tip top shape, while greeting you with a helpful smile. I'll definitely be back again after the services I was given. A+++++++++
- DSDirk SteinmeierApr 15, 20262.0Potential Renters = BEWARE of their unethical behavior= I rented a unit at 211 Stockholm St, Baltimore for $69 a month, 3 months later, they doubled the price to $138. Then 6 months later, they doubled it again- in less than a year, I am now being charged $238. The only recourse I have to avoid their predatory charges is to pay approx $1000 to movers to exit my unit. They know they can jack up their rates because it would be costly to leave them. The legal term for this is Hostage Pricing. They defended the increases because I signed a contract that vaguely described they can raise rates and because of their “market analysis.” Now I see that my same sized unit is being offered for $110. Extra Space is known for this unethical behavior. See the recent NYC lawsuit against Extra Space for the exact behavior I’m describing. Not a good look- and they will eventually have a large class action payout or legal pain. ps- the location has over 500 5 star reviews!!!?? = are they from paid plumpers??! = a quick search on facebook has near unanimous warnings about the company’s unethical pricing.
