I had a storage unit with extra space for a little over a year and throughout that time I had a very pleasant experience.
The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is for the move out. When there was confusion about the move out Jessica worked with me made the experience 10/10. Her customer care and communication through the process was exceptional.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Reserving online was a breeze, the space was pristine and well-organized, and everything was super convenient. My only suggestion would be to have a cart readily available near the entrance, so unloading from a truck can be even smoother. Overall, highly recommended
