Had such an easy time moving things in and out for college, and one of the employees walked us through every step of the process seamlessly even though it was past her working hours (wish I remembered her name so I can give her a shoutout!).

I met Yvette when I got to the facility a week later and she is as great as you've read in other reviews. She is so friendly, got us carts, showed how to use the keypads to get in and took us right to our storage unit. The building is extremely clean and easy to get to. I highly recommend this storage facility!
