Ron has changed the culture @ Extra Space ever since the “vindictive lady won’t say any names (Kamila) who pretended to be nice) left. Side note: “ I honestly used to be afraid coming to my unit, majority times, waiting til after 6pm just so I wouldn’t run into her.
But once Ron took over, I promise you the tenants became more comfortable and Happier because we all had a group chat and would update each other on gate being locked during company hours or something wrong with individual tenants.
Anyway, RON & Travis has been ALL-STARS 💯& an exponential improvement 📈

Ron & Travis ( before he left to new location) has been the BEST ever since Kamila left ! She was definitely the worst associate representing Extra Space, but after RON came in , I swear all the tenants were HAPPY 😃 and felt safe coming to office with any discrepancies or just saying hi 👋 I PERSONALLY feel more than happy cuz I know they’re here for me … BIG CONGRATS 🎉 TO RON & TRAVIS for the exponential turnaround 📈

Ron and Travis have gone so far above and beyond to help my family! There is customer service then there are superhero’s. My son is moving from one college in another state, to Baltimore in the fall and we live in a totally different part of the country. The level of stress at getting his precious belongings sent to Baltimore when we wouldn’t even be there was mind blowing…. Until I started working with Ron! He has made miracles happen for us and treated us like family. We are forever grateful to him and the lengths he’s gone to in order to make this happen. Thank you for taking care of our family during such a stressful time. With the stress of the move handled we were able to enjoy and celebrate his graduation. Forever grateful!
