- WCWill CameronApr 19, 20265.0I ordered Pyrex 4 qt. and 2.5 qt mixing bowls in March to be picked up by April 17. The reason these items took so long to arrive is because the system could not verify how many were left in stock or if the were possibly discontinued. They were (which doesn't speak highly for the inventory system). That said, an in incredibly professional employee, Shawn, kindly broke the news over the phone and refunded my purchase. Surprisingly, his efforts did not end there because he went out of his way to call other stores in Maryland to see if there were any available "in-store" and there were, in Gaithersburg. He promptly called me back and put me in touch with Tamara (Gaithersburg), whom held the last two, 4 qt. items for 24 hrs. I am very pleased and could not speak higher of the level of customer service I received at both, Anne Arundel and Gaithersburg stores. Those efforts are hard to find anymore and were greatly appreciated.
