- KMKevin Mcgee6 days ago1.0Do not hire this firm. I paid $500 for a deep clean and the two workers did a horrible job. They only superficially dusted and mopped and were unconcerned whether they were actually getting the home clean. They tried to leave saying they were done and I had to personally supervise them for the next 30 minutes. They did not speak one word of English and had a horrible attitude.

The day before, they reached out and suggested 7:30 only to later change their minds and suggest 11:30 when I called to confirm. The appointment was changed to 7:30, but they arrived 40 minutes late. I also could not get anyone on the phone to clear up the miscommunication.

They have broken so much of our stuff. Trash cans, TVs walls, etc.. They’re always in a hurry and really careless. They don’t treat your home with much respect . I deleted my earlier review (exactly the same as this one) because they replied to my negative review with my personal information. If they do it again I will escalate and move to get their business removed from google maps entirely - I may also get a lawyer involved.

The owner will respond with your full name, phone number, and address as a way to get you to delete your negative review. BEWARE!! Shady practices by the company. In addition the cleaners they hire are very careless with your belongings. The cleaners they sent broke our TV, two trash cans, and chipped the paint on our base boards. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Not only did she respond quickly but was able to schedule exactly what I needed reasonable. She proactively confirmed and reached out when the team was having parking trouble. The team that showed up was attentive and INCREDIBLY thorough. They got every hard to reach surface and even got some wall hanging shadows off the wall I didn’t even remember to ask about. They had me walkthrough before and after and confirm I was satisfied. The team was on time, incredibly kind and so fast, I’ve already recommended Lea’s services to others!
