  Allen and Andrew were the BEST! I spoke with Allen and visited the store in Annapolis, Md. where I met Andrew. Both gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable about every question I had. I purchased my recliner and can’t wait for it to be delivered. I highly recommend the Annapolis,Md store for highly knowledgeable employees. ✨

  I highly recommend the Annapolis location, I had a wonderful experience buying my new living room furniture. Ask for Tony DiChiara, an excellent sales professional, and Kelley Burnham, a design specialist. Both are delightful to work with and provide exceptional customer service. The hard hardest part now is the wait for my furniture…!

  The in-store experience at Annapolis Maryland was very good. It took time to decide on color, styles, etc. and the staff were patient and helpful. It took about 6 weeks before we heard back from the store as the items are made in Tennessee. Unfortunately the couch was refused at delivery as it was not squarly made and rocked on our living room floor. Quality control at manufacturering should be excellent as this is Lazy Boy!!

  Very well appointed Store with numerous la-Z-Boy selections. Our sales person Trey was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We purchased two Apollo La-Z-Boy recliners. The contract stated that they would honor within three business days of making the order a lower price if the identical chair was found elsewhere. Upon doing some research at a well-known furniture store in Delaware, I was able to find the exact identical chairs for a lower price of $460 or $230 each. I contacted the store manager Andrew and relayed this information to him with a copy of the information from the De. furniture store showing the lower price . Andrew immediately deducted the $460 from the balance due. He stated that they will always honor their commitments as per the contract. This was very seamless and impressive.

  I purchased a La-Z-Boy chair specifically for postpartum so I would have a comfortable, safe place to sit and rock my newborn. Unfortunately, this purchase has been one problem after another. The first chair delivered was faulty and would not recline. I reported it immediately, but the delivery staff told me that was how the chair was supposed to operate even though the chair in the showroom was easy to recline. After a video call with a technician and an in-person service visit, the issue still wasn’t resolved. The technician who came to my home also had an extremely strong, foul odor that was left on my brand-new linen chair. La-Z-Boy allowed me to exchange the chair, which I did. Unfortunately, the replacement has also been a major disappointment. Within days, I found multiple screws on the floor around the chair, and the chair feels extremely unstable. Both my mother-in-law and I have nearly fallen out of the chair while holding my newborn because of how unstable it is. The chair is also much too large for me, despite fitting me perfectly in the showroom. After spending so much money, I expected a safe, functional, quality chair and a much better customer experience. Instead, I’ve dealt with a faulty chair, multiple service issues, an exchange, an unpleasant technician experience, loose screws, and now a chair that I do not feel is safe to use while holding my baby. At this point, I am requesting a full refund and for La-Z-Boy to remove the chair. After everything I have experienced, I believe that is the least they can do.
