The company I work for has a few units that I go between on a weekly basis. I needed to add an additional unit to our account today and the help I got from Steven made the process quick and easy. I’d say Steven is the all star when it comes to getting one of these units and I hope that anyone trying to get a unit has the chance to meet him. Every time I’ve seen him around he makes time to give me a clear and quick answer to any question I throw at him and is always friendly and nice to talk to.

Steven was amazing! My friend Pat and I came in after going to a few other spots and the customer service here was unmatched. At the other storage spots we visited down the road, there was only a robotic kiosk and the woman who was there didn’t want to help. Steven was incredibly helpful and patient. Thank you!
