In a time when many other companies often use the current situation to either throw their hands up, or use it as a mask to cover up their poor customer service, Patrick and his team at Budget Blinds were able to come through for us and get our blinds ordered and installed. Realizing that they are working with same staffing issues as everyone else, it speaks volumes that they were able to come through for us and with a smile to boot!

About two months ago one of the blinds was not even with the other ones when we opened them. We called Patrick and he came right out to see what he could do to fix the problem. The color of our blinds had been discontinued so they replaced the blinds free of charge. Budget Blinds stood by there guarantee. We are now purchasing much needed blinds for our downstairs. Thanks Patrick and Budget Blinds for quality blinds and service.
