  This store actually has an amazing selection of home and household, and office supplies to organize and streamline your storage and daily use needs. It's well organized and clear, visible signage shows you were to find what you are looking for by area, such as kitchen, or office or laundry, etc. Staff here are wonderful. They are friendly, welcoming, and helpful and will help you find what you need, or an apt alternate item, if available. Storage solutions are available here that I've not seen anywhere else. Plus what's exciting is that they have merged with Bed, Bath & Beyond, and are starting to stock supplies from a greatly missed store that once operated nearby. Rewards program and coupons are available too. A large selection of dorm room necessities and extras can be found here, too.

  I ordered Pyrex 4 qt. and 2.5 qt mixing bowls in March to be picked up by April 17. The reason these items took so long to arrive is because the system could not verify how many were left in stock or if the were possibly discontinued. They were (which doesn't speak highly for the inventory system). That said, an in incredibly professional employee, Shawn, kindly broke the news over the phone and refunded my purchase. Surprisingly, his efforts did not end there because he went out of his way to call other stores in Maryland to see if there were any available "in-store" and there were, in Gaithersburg. He promptly called me back and put me in touch with Tamara (Gaithersburg), whom held the last two, 4 qt. items for 24 hrs. I am very pleased and could not speak higher of the level of customer service I received at both, Anne Arundel and Gaithersburg stores. Those efforts are hard to find anymore and were greatly appreciated.

  Loved my visit! So organized and clean all throughout the store as well. Shawn was our cashier and was so incredibly helpful and friendly! :) amazing customer service from him which was such a great impression of the environment of the store on my first visit!

  They have every jar and container size you can think of and they are all very nice and in a bunch of different styles
