- PGPatrician GeigerMay 1, 20261.0We engaged in a contract for treatment to take care of mice. We had already used multiple methods ourselves, but was starting to feel like I was unable to get it under control. It was explained to me that if I signed a contract where I made monthly payments, I would get a big reduction in the initial contract fee. I did choose that option and was then under contract to pay $45 a month for 18 months. I was not aware that when the technician came out, he was going to bring sticky traps. As it turns out those traps did not catch one single mouse and they have been distributed throughout my house. I guess it’s by coincidence we had gotten it under control at that point and have not seen any signs of mice since then. But, my problem is that I wish I had been told they were bringing out sticky traps that I could’ve purchased myself from the hardware store for much much much less money. Over the course of two months, these traps have not caught a single mouse. Now in order to drop the contract since I do not believe it is necessary anymore, nor do I want to leave sticky traps throughout my house because obviously that’s not a very good look, I’m paying $199 to be released from the contract that provided basically nothing. Very dissatisfied!

This is a real review here. I sign up and use the service. Their schedule sucks, I have to call them up for service in the summer time because they forget to come. And in the winter I still see ant come into my home. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!
