Third time, for an email, you guess it. Wasn't there. They had two of a different color, but none of what I ordered. Out of frustration cause I've been waiting 1 1/2 months (special order) I said I'd just take one of the off colored. It works, but not what I wanted.

Since I paid in cash and no longer had the receipt, I went to Lowe’s customer service today to return them. The cashier told me that according to Lowe’s policy, they could not give me a refund, store credit, exchange, or any other option. While I understand store policies, what was unacceptable was the way I was treated. The cashier was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, the assistant store manager, Hassan Halliday, came over and behaved in the same aggressive and disrespectful manner. Instead of trying to handle the situation professionally, he told me they would not help and ordered me to leave the store. This kind of behavior damages the reputation of a major company like Lowe’s. Policies are one thing, but treating customers with disrespect is never acceptable. I hope this matter is taken seriously and customer service standards are improved.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
