  There Customer Service Is Excelent. Such a pleasure for people to serve you with a smile. Great people, Great service. Thank You Worcester Lowes. You make shopping there a pleasant experience. Where as Milford Lowes is absoulutyl HORRIBLE. Don't go to that one.

  I'm updating my review today on June 3rd 2026. I got another delivery because my LG unit just did not work out for me. I went with the GE unit. I have to say the delivery people are the worst delivery people I've experienced today and I've gotten some bad people and that's hard to talk. Not only did they tip my machine over while it was in wash mode spinning and running water he was moving it all around trying to set it while it's on I had to tell him to stop. They took out the protective piece that protects the drum while moving and I told them to put it back in until it's in the house. It didn't listen to a word I said and then he mixed up my hot and cold mines and now my washer only runs hot. It looks like the box was completely squashed also. The washer also has physical damage on the side where they handled it. This is the second crew that's been pretty bad. But this is just no excuse now I have to wait and get another machine again for the third time. I'm not happy and customer service really did nothing for me and when I called the store I couldn't connect to any manager so I'm extremely upset right now and I'm changing my review. And I was offered no compensation or anything for my inconveniences I have to take off time from work go on paid and have a complete door frame off right now and I still have no washer because they can't get a crew to deliver one properly. I don't trust when it's coming tomorrow and I really would like management to reach out to me ASAP. I was told your delivery people are highly skilled and only hire good crews yeah what a lie. My GE came dented and I just took a discount an moved on they came 4 times how many more times am I going to take time out of my schedule the whole day,leave an entire door frame off or keep putting it on and off costing me money. The aggravation of these people ruining my product. The last unit defect or damaged idk what but likely damaged by clowns. You need skilled people your a appliance store seriously the people you get are outricuous. Also not against anyone but 99 percent speak spanish and not English and it's so hard to communicate what you want. Sales was helpful and stuff but never again here never I can't do it. Too stressful back and forth on the phone for hours trying to resolve matters and get exchanges. I'm just hoping this new washer works it's dented I took it cause I can't take it anymore nothing will ever be delivered right. Next time I'm going to a small local appliance store and DC if I pay more. See picture what a beautiful new machine huh? All I got was 90 off.. I should of got a lot more and on top of this my washer isn't balanced, I had to switch the hot and cold hoses AGAIN and I had a dent that looks like it's 10 years old. What a botched sale and delivery. I will not return it I've had my door frame off exposed to the elements and outside for over a week while I tried and get a washer here. I can't anymore it has to go back in. If you care at Lowe's. If anyone wants to help me, I'm not doing another exchange I begged the warehouse line people to send a good crew again they send inexperienced people who can't complete the install and I have to jump in. I want my money back for the install u paid for since I ended up doing it, and for the hoses as they used the old hoses for the old unit and took my new ones I asked why they said it's cause I wasn't charged again so it's theirs. I'm asking if you care at this place someone call me, or I'm considering other options to get compensated. Lowes gave me a small discount but not anything worth the expenses I went through for these deliveries 4 times. Now look at my "new washer" real new I'm so upset and over it. But the right thing is to compensate me for the delivery and install at the very least.

  I want to start by saying this review has nothing to do with the staff. It has to do with management, customer service, AI, and affiliate companies. The employees really do their best on a constant basis. Unfortunately, all their effort is overshadowed by incompetence at many different levels. I recently had a horrible delivery experience(never have Lowe's deliver anything if RXO delivery company is involved) regarding $4800 worth of interior doors. The manufacturer(masonite) took a month longer than estimated to make my doors. Then the delivery company(RXO) couldn't show up in the 4 hour window and gave me 6 minutes notice of their arrival. The Lowe's AI system said it was 2 stops away for 4 hours. Only 6 of my 9 doors showed up, all with different degrees of damage. After being told a refund would be issued on the following Monday, I found out that they only refunded $1000. It took an hour of my time fighting with management(who prioritized an interview over my issue, and was required to deal with it himself because he understaffed the store) to finally get refunded. I will never buy anything from Lowe's again after this experience.
