  Be careful whatever you buy there.Hey, have a return policy at hangs high on the wall.And the print is very small. I purchased a pressure washer that turned out to be a piece of junk. When I went to return, they told me that I only had 48 hours to return it. What that was the craziest thing? I ever heard. Beware

  kids workshop I had brought in my kids to Lowe’s and my daughter has split the wood and I asked if she could get another one to finish up her project and they said no it is sad to see that Lowe’s treat kids this way. The workers are very rude and unhelpful nobody knows where nothing is. I had asked workers to help me look for a specific cleaner and no one knew what they were looking for or where it was customer service my daughter and son wanted a lollipop that they give up for free lollipops were melted in the worker. Told my son one lollipop for Christopher and it was rude about it. it is sad to see Lowe’s treat kit like this

  The attitude was somehow worse than the delivery service The scheduling issues were already ridiculous, but what really made this experience unacceptable was the attitude of the delivery person when they finally showed up. After we had already wasted hours waiting because the delivery had been rescheduled multiple times, you would think the driver would at least have the basic professionalism to be courteous and understanding. Instead, the attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. There was absolutely no sense that they understood or cared that we had been repeatedly inconvenienced because of their company’s scheduling failures. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. We were the ones who had to rearrange our schedules and sit around waiting, yet the delivery person acted as though we were inconveniencing them by expecting the delivery we had actually paid for. A simple apology or even a basic level of courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, we got an attitude that basically said, “We showed up when we wanted to, so what exactly are you complaining about?” Lowe’s seriously needs to train its delivery personnel on customer service, professionalism, and basic respect. The repeated rescheduling was frustrating enough, but having the driver arrive with that kind of attitude made the entire experience even worse. If this is the level of service Lowe’s considers acceptable, they have seriously lowered the bar because of this Lincoln plaza location. Oh, and shockingly enough, we still haven’t received it. What a surprise!

  Absolutely ridiculous delivery service. I have never experienced such a complete waste of time and such a lack of respect for customers’ schedules especially this location at Lincoln plaza! Our delivery was rescheduled multiple times, and every single time we were expected to rearrange our plans and sit around waiting for them. Apparently, our time means absolutely nothing. After making us wait over and over again, they eventually showed up whenever it was convenient for them, with seemingly no consideration for the time we had already wasted. The best part? Every rescheduling created another window where we were expected to stay home and wait, only for the delivery to be pushed back again. At this point, I’m not sure if Lowe’s delivery service actually has a schedule or if they just randomly decide when they feel like showing up. It is honestly impressive how a company can take something as simple as delivering an order and turn it into such a frustrating ordeal. We wasted hours of our time waiting around because they repeatedly failed to follow through on the delivery times they gave us. If you value your time, do not rely on Lowe’s delivery service. Apparently, the customer’s schedule is just a suggestion to them. Thank you, Lowe’s, for reminding us that apparently the delivery is “convenient” only for the delivery company, not the person who actually paid for it.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid this store if you expect half decent customer service. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s Westborough. I had bought two mini fridges from a different store within the last 30 days, and they were not cooling to my satisfaction. So I called Lowe’s and asked if I could return them despite not having the original box because my plan was to buy a larger, more expensive fridge to replace these two. They assured me that I could return even without the box. When I got t this store, the customer service did not accept the return claiming I needed the box. So I asked to speak with the manager and Alec (bold head, about 5’7”) came to the desk. After explaining things, he said “I know it’s co fusing because we are al under the Lowe’s brand, but that is not how we operate this store. We won’t accept your return but if you want to take it with the manufacturer, get it in writing from them that they’d accept it from us, then sure, we’ll take it. But that’s on you to do.” I then explained that I bought a larger more expensive model because of what I had been told and that it actually led to less revenue for the company by not accepting the return and forcing me to return the new one. He did not care. Clearly, customer experience is not a priority for Alec or this store. So I’m on my way to pick up the one that was just delivered, and will be returning it without a box, then return these two to the store where I bought them who said they stand by what they said. I’ll go buy my new beverage refrigerator from Home Depot. Alec and Worcester Lowe’s will never again get my business.
