  Bryanna was so helpful and she spent extra time with me showing me the ropes at laundry max ..she was perffesional and showed 5 star employee experience.... definitely should give her a raise and keep her as a employee...thanks bryanna

  Born and raised in main south worcester. This has been my go to place to do my laundry since teenage years. Manager Harmony is so kind and they are great people who work here. Bc its 24/7 can feel crazy at times but they hold it down well. Thank you so much for everything!

  I went to this location very confused. It had been a long time since I had been there so putting the money on the card was new to me. Circe and her amazing green hair came right over after helping out the person in front of me and she was amazing! She helped me put money on the card, she recommended a washing machine size and saved me over $10! She even helped me get the huge blanket into the washing machine and helped me get the machine started. By far, the nicest worker!! She was funny too! Thank you Circe!!
