  My wife Esther and I are very pleased with not only the pricing but more importantly the excellence, quality, attention to detail and craftsmanship that John Shays' Custom Upholstering does in making old and antique chairs, couches and pillows come back to life. They virtually look brand new as they were years before. John Shays is one of the best custom upholstering companies ever. Kudos and thumbs up to Paul Shays and his team for the work they do. I highly recommend them to anyone with furniture upholstering needs. You cannot go wrong choosing them!

  Really happy with these! I asked for a fabric that could withstand the kids and the cats, and so far so good. The attention to detail on the chair pattern (done by Ken) is great. Couch (done by Paul) is the perfect firmness. He suggested a style change (one bench pillow instead of three) that does look better and been supportive for my back.
