- MAMichael Ampeo4 days ago5.0I was so happy with the manager named Shaun. I was sent to Brussels street from a manager who worked at the Mill bury extra space. We walked into the Brussels street location for extra space and the manager knew that we were coming. He helped us down load the website he walked us to our new unit and showed us how to use the keypad system. The manager showed us how to enter the building and where to park our car. Outstanding customer service from him. It’s refreshing to be treated like this. A+ service from Extra Space thankfully there still are companies who care about customers. Brussels manager cares.

His customer service is amazing and so many people in this world could learn from him. He helped me rent a unit for my college daughter.
