  Went to Lowe’s this morning, early before work. Picked up what we needed in a few minutes, and waited 20 minutes to get a manager approval for an over ride, and left without the product, because all the managers were busy. This is a business we come to all the time. We have to go back and pick it up and hopefully have a better experience with the over ride. Ed who works customer service was very supportive and trying to help us get what we needed. I hope when we go back it’s better. For people who always go here it was the worse experience we have had.

  We buy at this store for over 25 years now (remodeling our second home) -we are a DIY family. I can't believe someone would have a negative experience at this store. I don't think they set the prices (economy does), but it's the service of every associate and register clerk that makes a difference. Sometimes I buy things at other Lowe's and Home Depots (rarely) and the shocking difference is clear. It's easy to come across rude and clueless staff at other stores. Actually, it's a norm. but not at Woburn Lowe's. Their associates are all amazing. Don't take it for granted when you shop here.

  The only reason they are not getting a 1 is because they did pick up the phones when I called, though I did have to call multiple times on some nights as the phone got disconnected if a wait got too long. We ordered a bathroom vanity on the right side and it shipped out and arrived 1 week late, then when it arrived the sink was on the left side. We had the bathroom renovation and pipes laid out for the sink we bought, not the one they sent us. When I called, I asked if there was something that could be done to expedite the new shipment and was told that wasn't possible because the order was canceled then reordered instead of changed. My spouse was unable to change it online, and when he called, they told him to do it the way he did, but wgen I called afterwards, the representative said that now Lowe's can't do anything about shipment speed as it's a FedEx issue. Okay, fine. We wait and then the new arrival is delayed again. We ordered in April and had hired contractors until April 30. It is now May, so I call and ask if there is anything that can be done to financially assist since now our project is delayed and the contractors went to another job, and will return, but with extra cost since it's outside the agreed time. The representative said yes, but only after the sink arrives. The arrival of the 2nd bathroom vanity is delayed twice and when it arrives it is once again with the sink on the left side instead of the right. We canceled the order all together. I am unhappy with the incorrect bathroom vanity being sent not once, but twice, the delayed shipping, the extra costs, and that I had to call three different numbers to get the right customer service team who never called me back when they said they would, we're helpful, but then ultimately not as we never got the correct bathroom vanity. We would appreciate a gift card or some form of apology for the stress, extra costs, and time lost due to Lowe's not sending the correct bathroom vanity.

  Every time I go to Lowe’s there this one guy that always help me with anything I have when I go there he always smelling and always has a good chip on his shoulder his name is TERRANCE that kid really needs a raise he always every where I don’t think the company realize how much Terrance helps me that day just had surgery and couldn’t really lift anything, but he made sure I found everything set in line and waited then took everything to my car

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with the Woburn, MA Lowe’s over a Pit Boss 850 DX pellet smoker has been unacceptable. 5/23 – My wife ordered the smoker and immediately realized the address auto-filled to her work. She called to correct it and was told the address was corrected. That next day Lowe’s emailed to say the smoker was damaged slightly on the handle but claimed it would not affect function. We accepted a discount based on that assurance. 5/26 – The smoker was delivered to the wrong address anyway (my wife’s work). She saw the damage but doesn’t know smokers well enough to realize how serious it was. 5/27 – Because Lowe’s sent it to the wrong address, we had to pay a mover 150 out of pocket to get it to our home. 5/31 – When it arrived at my house, I discovered the damage actually prevented the smoker from working properly. It was non‑functional. The dent was pushed into the auger preventing it from spinning. I called the Woburn store and Demetri (who was very helpful!) helped set up a replacement order. 6/2 – I took time off from my business to be home for the replacement delivery. I left the defective smoker in the driveway with a note to swap it. Instead, I received a notice that they “could not deliver” because no one was home, and they refused to take the old unit despite it being accessible while I stepped out for 15 minutes. We rescheduled for 6/10. I again rearranged work and took the day to be available. That morning I was told the smoker “could not be delivered” because it never made it onto the truck and “wasn’t assembled yet.” Then what was attempted to be delivered on 6/2??? A toilet??? 6/10 - I called the Woburn store and happen to get Demetri again. He was shocked at the outcome and again was helpful. He looked into things, called back and said he personally packed up the smoker and will be delivered 6/13 but we'll see! I have my doubts. I run my own business and work on billable hours. Between two ruined BBQs, multiple missed/failed deliveries, taking time off work, and paying a mover because Lowe’s delivered to the wrong address, this has easily cost me over 1000 in lost revenue and significant aggravation. After all of that, Lowe’s refused to offer a meaningful solution and offered only a 125 gift card. That doesn’t even cover the mover, never mind lost billable hours and the fact that I still never had a functioning smoker during this whole saga. Mistakes happen, but this was a pattern of misdelivery, bad information, failed follow‑through, and minimal accountability. I’ll be thinking very hard before I trust this store with a major purchase again, and I’d encourage others to be very cautious about large deliveries and promised resolutions here.
