Absolutely exceptional service from Freuddy Garcia!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Freuddy Garcia from Lowe’s. He provided some of the best delivery service I have ever experienced. He was incredibly fast, efficient, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
Freuddy delivered our washer and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled carefully and properly. He was extremely respectful of our place, took the time to make sure everything was exactly where it needed to be, and made what could have been a stressful delivery completely seamless.
What really stood out to me was how friendly and personable he was. He was patient, courteous, and clearly took pride in doing a great job. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Freuddy absolutely went the extra mile.
Lowe’s is incredibly lucky to have an employee like him. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help made such a great impression on me. If I ever need another washer, dryer, appliance, or anything else delivered, I will 100% be asking for Freuddy Garcia again.

Never buy an appliance from here. They charged me for an item I couldn’t accept and will never pick up the phone to help reverse the charges. Save yourself the headache and never buy an appliance from this company

If you are buying lumber, take a picture of the sticker price. I was charged more at the register - about $35 something instead of $33.98 for item #12242. Every lumber item I purchased had a different price at the register. When I showed the pictures I took it was corrected.
All staff were helpful, which is why this is 3 stars instead of 1.

The in-store team was friendly and very helpful, but avoid home delivery and assembly at all costs. After waiting a week, we were given a scheduled delivery window. The day came and went with no updates, even after we had rearranged our personal schedule to be available.
Lowe’s locks you out of order updates 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, and after spending an hour on the phone, we were told we now have to wait another week to receive our order. It was a horrible experience, and the delivery team made it extremely difficult to get the issue resolved. Other stores will give you a far better and more reliable experience.
