The hours of availability on this unit are terrible and poorly advertised when signing up since there are so many other storage units in the area.
There was a fire in the unit and I was told i was not allowed in the building until further notice then no notice was given however they continued to charge me even though I could not remove my things and close the unit.
Did not notify me that I was allowed back as they said they would and refused to refund me the month, which was charged at a higher price than I had signed up at, because they said I had access to the unit. even though their last message stated I did not and I would be notified.
really poor experience both getting in and out with the small hourly window and this to close it out. please spend your money elsewhere.

just so everyone is aware there was a fire in this location end of may and they failed to inform renters and there is most likely damage to your stuff. oh but don’t worry! they most certainly aren’t forgetting to keep charging people

Fire happened 10 days ago and was cleared to be safe by fire department, still won’t let us onsite to access our things (if there’s anything left), im convinced they’re stealing. If i could give them 0 stars I would. Man over the phone was rude and gave little to no answers while they rob us.

I have been storing items for almost two years and find the staff friendly and helpful to find the right storage unit size for my belongings. This place may not have 24 hour access but what it does have is high ceilings! You can “build” your items up at least 8 feet tall. Many other places the ceiling height is much shorter than that. I take advantage of this and stack my belongings with heavy items on the bottom and as a result can fit a lot more “junk”! And one other big plus is that I have price shopped and find this place has the best prices too!
