DO NOT TRUST THIS STORAGE FACILITY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS!
There was a fire at the facility, and I lost absolutely everything I had stored there. To make matters worse, the facility’s own employees threw my belongings into a dumpster after the fire.
I was there but could only watch them and cry, I lost stuff that belonged to my late son, and all they said was “we are sorry for the inconvenience “.
I was then told to deal with the insurance company myself. After losing everything, I was offered only $2,000 for ALL of my belongings. That amount is completely unacceptable and nowhere near the actual value of what I lost.
I trusted this company to keep my belongings safe, and I am extremely disappointed with how the entire situation was handled.
Absolutely terrible experience. I would NEVER store my belongings here again. Think twice before trusting this company with anything valuable.

This place has met my needs very well. I was using it to hold a relative’s belongings who had passed. We had a complicated transfer between family members in different states, and Adolfo walked us through it all.
You just have to know that Olympia Ave has shorter hours than some other locations, but that was fine with me because it was close to home. AND - watch your rates! I recommend if you come in on a web deal to prepay 3 or 6 months. The rate will go up and it will go up by a lot! Overall though, very good service and facility is fine.

We did not realize that our auto payment had not gone through. We received a couple of Reminders to notify us that the payment had not processed, which I initially thought were fake notifications because I had seen a payment went through, and because we have been seeing an increasing amount of phishing and fake requests for payment, I kept ignoring it. After receiving another notice, I finally called and spoke with Dawn who was excellent and clarified the Whole situation for me. When I also saw that the rate looks like it was increasing, making me consider to transfer to another facility, she was able to look further into it and renegotiate the rate, which another employee, Alfredo, confirmed with us. Thank you for incredible Customer service!

I just brought some family mementos to store at a small unit at the facility. I could not have been more pleased with the kindness of the staff throughout the move-in process on the first day, especially Dawn. It is always wonderful to work with people with such a fabulous attitude and presence. I appreciated her getting me set-up with my unit. I am not storing many things so the size far exceeds what I need and I love the handy layout of the building. Access is convenient to where I am and the price was easily the best I found in the area. Thank you so much for all you do!
