First time storage customer here - as we needed a little time and space to process the coming home from college transition!
Kristen at the Medford location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and referred me to the Stoneham location - as they had a promotion that better suited my storage needs. Holly at the Stoneham location is excellent in every way.
The facility is clean, parking is easy, and my daughter and I felt completely safe at all times.
Kristen and Holly are excellent at what they do and I give them 5 stars for their customer service!
I would definitely use CubeSmart again for storage!

I was helped promptly by Dawn, who made sure I had the app/information for my unit and took me to see the space. Unit was clean and the elevator and loading dock are super convenient!

I had an excellent experience with Holly at CubeSmart! She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every detail clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless.

This location had a fire due to solar units on the roof, another way they make $$. My unit was unfortunately affected. I got calls and VM while at work for weeks to come get my stuff. I don’t have the time, vehicle, or space to just “come get my stuff”— The reason I have a storage unit in the first place.
They continued to charge me rent after the fire destroyed all my stuff. I can’t get in touch with anybody who can do anything and the place is only accessible 9am-5pm, it’s not a 24/7 unit.
With three kids, a full time job, mortgage, daycare, and a car note, I don’t have the time or money to take a day off and get my stuff?
STILL TAKING MY MONEY AFTER THE FIRE IS CRAZY. I suggest some calls me ASAP.
