  I recently went to Raymour and Flanagan to look at mattresses. I was greeted and assisted by James upon entering the store. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me all of the different models that met my requested specifications. He was kind, patient and through, and ultimately helped me find the perfect mattress and two pillows. He also, per my request, shared financing details with me, and he and Genesis in Customer Service got me all set up. The process was simple and efficient. The mattress was delivered that week, on my requested day, and the delivery service from Jonathan was top notch from start to finish. He even hauled away my old mattress so I didn't have to deal with it! I am very happy with my first purchase from Raymour and Flanigan and will definitely consider them for any future furniture needs. Thank you James, Genesis and Jonathan for a fabulous experience!

  Our salesman Angel was very good. He was patient, went and got cushions from 2nd floor bought to the first floor. Gave us brochures for all the items we looked at. Showroom had a good selection options clean. Very pleased with the shopping experience with Angel.

  I went to the store looking for a nursery set. Eric was friendly and incredibly helpful. I was looking for specific pieces and he went out of his way to see if they could be ordered from the same line of furniture and it could! I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but the experience was great and I ordered all of the pieces I went in trying to find. I would definitely recommend working with him if you are looking for anything in particular. I can’t wait for the furniture to arrive.

  We had a great experience couch shopping. Denise was kind, knowledgeable and patient as we moved from one display to the next. She gave us just the right amount of attention without hovering and went a step above to make sure we had all the pieces we wanted by mix matching sets to create a unique look for our small space. Thanks Denise for all your help!

  I broke my leg badly and was released from the hospital yesterday afternoon. I cannot bear any weight on one leg and cannot use stairs. I called Raymour and Flanigan and spoke to Eric Rubino at 3 pm and he helped me purchase a power lift chair online that could be delivered and set up today. It is here and it is perfect. I am now much safer and more comfortable. Thank you!
