  Raymour and Flanigan offers an exchange on beds if you are not happy with them. I went in to take advantage of that offer and was very disappointed in my experience. I was told any credit for a price difference could only be used in the bedding department and that it had to be used that day. On my return visit I was told the replacement bed would be at full price, not at the currently advertised 25% sale price. I will not buy anything else from them.

  Jessica was excellent to work with throughout the entire process! She was fun to work with and made sure we had all of our questions and concerns answered. She ensured we got all of the applicable discounts and went through the total multiple times to double check that we were charged the correct amount. The delivery process was excellent too! They have a live tracker to help prepare you to get ready for your delivery, everything was accurate and it was great to follow throughout the day to prepare for delivery. As for the delivery itself, the two gentlemen were very nice and quick for setup! They set up a big sectional in about 30 minutes. Overall, we would definitely go through the process again judging by how quick and easy everything was. Thank you, Jessica and thank you delivery drivers for making the process easy and amazing!

  We had a fantastic experience shopping at Raymour and Flanigan, primarily because of our consultant Vana! She was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to our needs. By getting to know us, she guided us to possible options. Vana assisted in size, stlye, and fabric selection as well as possible design layouts. All this, with absolutely no pressure to buy! Thank you, Vana, we couldn't have done this without you!

  We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. We purchased a new king Beautyrest Black mattress and a set of bunk beds for the grandchildren that’s being delivered this Tuesday, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Our salesperson, Raymond, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions honestly, and, most importantly, gave us the space to make our own decision. We never felt pressured or followed around the store, which made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new mattress or furniture, I highly recommend asking for Raymond. Great customer service and an overall excellent experience!

  I had a very positive experience with Raymour and Flanigan shopping for a mattress and headboard set. The sales person, Jason Jaeger was very knowledgeable and made it so easy to find the mattress that suited me. I really appreciated the professionalism and his kindness. I will definitely go back again when shopping for a living room set down the road!
