  From the moment we walked into the store we've been very impressed with the knowledge and customer service we received. Anne was the salesperson we dealt with and she was very knowledgeable about the similarities and differences in the recliners and ultimately guided us to exactly what we were looking for. Today, the 2 leather recliners ordered Sunday were delivered by Ken and Dan, both of whom were personable, careful with the recliners and our existing furniture, and able to explain the features of the power recliners. My wife and I highly recommend La-Z Boy for those folks looking for new furniture. Brian & Lynette

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Ken and Dan! From the moment they arrived, Ken introduced himself, explained exactly what they would be doing, and kept me informed throughout the process. They truly provided a full-service delivery experience. Not only did they deliver my furniture, but they also assembled everything, set up both chairs, added floor protectors, and made sure everything was perfectly in place before leaving. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Ken and Dan went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up correctly and that I was completely satisfied. Thank you both for your hard work, courteous service, and professionalism. You made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  My mom's chair stopped working after several years. She called and spoke with Mike, who diagnosed the problem over the phone and reserved the part for me to pick up the same day. It was seamless and an exceptional customer service experience. Thank you!

  Follow-Up to "owner response": I was not there on the final weekend of your sale I was there in the middle of the week in the middle of the day, the store was not swamped with customers, and at one point 2 of the sales women were just standing talking to each other, after each of them had asked me if I needed help and when I said yes, they both walked off. One of them got Alex for me to speak to and he also walked off without bothering to finish helping me. I went elsewhere, received attentive service and got an identical chair to what I was looking at in your store for half the price. Your "Sale" was a fake rip off. Middle of the week, middle of the day, there were multiple sales persons in store, had to darn near tackle one to get some help. None of them seemed all that interested in selling me a chair. 2 different women who work there asked me if I needed help and I said yes, but before helping me, they took off to help another customer who walked in instead. After wandering around waiting for assistance nearly 30 minutes, I walked out. Exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I will take my money and business elsewhere.
