- MMMaryJul 2, 20255.0We recently bought some outdoor furniture from Yardbirds. The whole experience was great from the buying of the furniture to t delivery and set-up. We received the furniture this week (a mere two weeks after ordering) and the delivery guys were very efficient. Due to contractual terms, however, they were not allowed to set up the umbrella. The store manager came out (30+ minute drive) to set up our umbrella. That is some service. We absolutely LOVE the furniture and would recommend it (and this store) to anyone.

The customer service and the return process has been a nightmare. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Products were damaged and the quality is not even close to what we expected.

Delivery of table/chair set, love seat, and arm chair was about a month from time of order. We are happy with the quality of the furniture and cushions. At the time of order, we were not told of any delays, but the dining table cover did not come with the shipment and it has taken several attempts to find out that it is delayed with no clear indication of timeline to receive. All attempts for update have resulted from us reaching out and not Yardbird CS reaching out to us.
