  Larry at self storage here in Bear hill rd Waltham was very helpful to get a storage unit and move in. Definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Waltham.

  Stay away from this place. I rented a unit last July and paid for 4 months in advance, but after that the price kept increasing and random fees started appearing every month. It felt like the cost was constantly changing with no clear explanation. They also require you to buy their lock instead of allowing you to use your own, which was frustrating and unnecessary. Save yourself the headache and find another storage facility, this place ended up costing more than expected and way more than other storage places.

The online process only took a few minutes, and I appreciated how clear the pricing and unit options were - no surprises. My access code was texted to me ahead of move-in, which made things easy, though I did stop by the office to meet the staff in person. The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and felt secure, which made a big difference in my overall comfort level. Mark, the manager on duty, really stood out. He kept everything quick and seamless, handled the final details efficiently, and made sure move-in went smoothly without any delays. I also appreciated that the unit came with a complimentary lock already inside, a small but thoughtful touch. It is clear this facility is run with a strong focus on customer experience. Everything felt organized, transparent, and easy from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free storage solution.

  My experience with the ExtraSpace Storage Waltham (171 Bear Hill Road location) has been excellent. Not only is the facility clean and well-maintained, but I have also had the pleasure of working with two genuinely helpful and professional managers there: Mr. Mark Pelletier and Mr. Larry Leone. They are so kind, friendly, and exceptionally patient! During my visits last week, Mark was incredibly supportive. He took the time to walk me through several units and provided very helpful information. When I returned today, Larry, another manager—who was filling in from the neighboring location —was also incredibly supportive and handled everything in a highly professional and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need. I truly appreciate Mark and Larry’s professionalism, kindness, and outstanding assistance!
