Whether it was an issue with the website or a mistake by me, the order was not received when I went pick up the arrangement. The employees could not be more accommodating. It seemed like my arrangement became priority and the bouquet came out perfect! Mom was very happy! Thanks again Mahoney's!

- JCJames CloydApr 18, 20263.0Update: I originally had a bad experience with a Christmas tree that arrived already dried out, but Mahoney’s responded right away and offered a replacement, which I really appreciated. That level of customer service definitely stands out. That said, it was still frustrating to bring the tree home, set it up, and only then realize it wasn’t fresh. Making another trip for a replacement is a bit of a hassle. I’d recommend checking your tree carefully before leaving the store to make sure it’s in good condition.
