Every individual I dealt with over the course of my storage agreement (especially Nick Clark and Billy) was friendly, fair, knowledgable, effective, efficient, well-organized, i.e., professional. My experience was exceptionable.

I wasn't ready to do anything, however recently due to shifts in usable space, I realized I needed storage space. It is an impressive building and very convenient location. I felt very comfortable with the communication, the access, the size, and cleanliness. Having a temperature controlled storage was an easy choice. So far, all is great, and I continue to use Extra Space as my go to storage!

The facility is always clean and tidy and the management is always so attentive if I ever need anything. Nick is a wonderful manager and has helped me on numerous occasions. I have never had any issues with parking or loading/unloading. The indoor parking facility is a huge benefit as you never know what the weather will be like in New England. If you're looking for a reliable and clean storage facility for your small business I definitely recommend ExtraSpace Sudbury!
