He was kind enough to give us a tour of a few of the units so we could see what would best suit our needs. He explained everything in depth and did not push us to purchase on the spot. We took a few days to think about it and came back to see Kurt to finalize the rental. I would completely rent with Kurt again.

He recently left and the place has drastically declined in all ways: dirty storage units and facilities, nasty stains everywhere and filth accumulated on each floor, terrible customer service ( the new staff is rude and nasty), junk fees are constantly being added, predatory pricing, and easy minute rentals are unnecessarily complicated by the current staff.
