  If you have a problem with something it takes forever to get anything done. I’m a patient guy but my couch stopped reclining in January and took months to get a tech to come look at it to tell me they have to order the part and it will be 30-45 days longer. It’s now been 2 more months (59 days) and nothing. Not a word no apology no excuse nothing. I’ve used raymour for years this is the first time I’ve needed repair and if this is typical I won’t be using them again. What a shame.

  Agradecemos el excelente servicio, paciencia de nuestra vendedora Ana Méndez , en Springfield MA. Pasamos un tiempo placentero el cual nos informó cada detalle al momento de elegir nuestros muebles. Nos informó el beneficio de cada material . Nos informó sobre los beneficios de la cubierta. Y pudimos intercambiar experiencia sobre todo lo relacionado . Fue tan excelente experiencia que nuestro hijo pronto estará comprando sus futrnitura con Ana. Y en su compañía donde hemos comprado anteriormente los juegos de cuarto de nuestro hogar. Dios los bendiga!
