  Daniel Evans is a top notch salesperson. My 14 yr old granddaughter was looking for a mattress. Mr Evans went above and beyond having her try different mattresses so she would find the one most comfortable. Mr Evans was personable and was able to answer any questions we had. Excellent experience!!

  My partner and I have just moved to the pioneer valley and have been in need of some new stuff. When we walked in Rick was promoting showing us great options for a new couch. He was personable and shared a lot of local knowledge which helped us feel right at home. We lived the service and can’t wait for our new couch!

But in case it disappeared, my husband and I were greeted by Christine Gilrein, a thirty year associate who should be senior management. She was every confused, mistrusting client's dream: superior listening skills that enabled us to narrow down our mattress choice after she presented them; no pressure selling!; excellent knowledge of the stock. She stayed with us throughout the process. We weren't ditched for another customer or sharing time with others. Thank you, Christine.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Danny while choosing a dining room table. From the moment I met him, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful.
