  The new GM on main st has no customer service skills. Didn't like how he talked to me. I would not go back there again.

  I used to love going to Main Street laundromat until that guy in the red vest wh I believe is the the general mgr started working there he is rude disrespectful and has no customer service skills whatsoever I tried to ask him how much would it cost to wash and fold my blankets while he was on his cellphone and he ignored me and then when I asked to use the bathroom he looked right at me rolled his eyes and acted like he didn’t hear me. I left. I don’t have time to give my money to a business that has managers working with lack of customer service when there are so many different facilities to use else where . Please retrain your Mgr’s or I guarantee you will lose business I already told my family never to go to this one.

  I was really busy this past week and did not have time to do my own laundry. I stopped in Laundromax for the drop off service, and I am beyond satisfied. The service was excellent and very convenient. My clothes were done really fast, they were folded and smelled better than ever before. Thank you to the gentleman Anton who helped me out. He was very professional and look foward to continue doing business here. 🙏🏽🤝🏽
