  I frequent this place weekly and usually have a good experience. Some attendants are better than others.

  Honestly come here every week have been employed by laundromax before this staff gave nothing but side eye and telling me I'm having a bad day when all I said was the lock to close the washer door was not working she mentioned the machine has had difficulties all day I mentioned therefore that's a sign there should have been an out of service sign placed on the washer so customers do not load the washer and waste detergent she mentioned again that I was having a bad day which I am not and I need to wait for number 28 or leave which was said in a very rude manner she refused to say her name after I was over the discussion she still continued to say negative things from behind the counter while I was removing my clothes from the broken machine to wait for number 28 she is on shift today Sunday June 7th at 5:34 her customer service is very unprofessional. I come here a lot and everyone else is amazing!
