  We went in *just to look" and "get some idea" of what we might want. Maggie warmly greeted us. She listened to what we were thinking about for our needs and showed us several option for loveseats and recliners. She was very informative and spent time going over all the details with us. No pressure, just friendly informative information, allowing us to make the best decisions for us. Emile also introduced himself, offered us water and was very friendly. We kinda fell in love with a couple options and how comfortable they were and we ended up purchasing 2 lovseats with different options that fit our needs and our space. Highly recommend checking out this new La-z-boy location in Springfield. They are super friendly, helpful and do not pressure you. Also, there are options there to fit anyone's needs and comfort!

  I brought my 92 year old mother in to find a power recliner for her. Erin helped us and was extremely kind and patient while we shopped. We took our time and we found mom a great chair that really fit her perfectly. Thank you Erin for your expertise and thank you Lazy Boy!

  The experience was outstanding. They gave us time to look around. The Fabric designer was so helpful with matching my chair to the sofa I wanted to buy. He also helped me match some beautiful pillows to go with it. There prices are competitive but what stood out was the helpfulness of the staff.

  Just stopped at La-Z-Boy in Springfield and had a great experience. The staff was very nice, helpful, and easy to work with. The store has a wonderful selection and a really impressive assortment of couch options—sliders, wall recliners, rockers, and more advanced features like chargers, wireless charging, convertible tables, and couches with smart built-in functionality. There was a lot to look through, and it felt like there were options for just about every style and need. Beautiful store, great location, and a very pleasant shopping experience overall. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for furniture and want to see a wide range of choices in person.
