  This is the NEW Lazy Boy store at Springfield Crossings. Beautiful store! Staff was excellent and we’re looking forward to our delivery.

  Great sales representative. Eryn on Boston Road . Setting up delivery was easy and accommodating. I received this questionar a week before delivery so I can't speak to that experience.

  Rob was extremely knowledgeable about the recliner we were looking for. He was patient while we took our time deciding. Have not received the chair yet so I can’t review that but I can say we were well cared for.

  We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and were asked how we could be assisted. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very informative and offered a variety of options. Our purchase was simple and delivery was scheduled. Will definitely come back and fill any other furniture needs in the form of recliners or sofas. Very happy with the store.

  It was our lucky day to find Maggie Rios, the store manager, at the Springfield MA Lazy Boy store. We had been shopping forever to find a piece of furniture we needed for the small living room upgrade we were doing and we had extreme furniture shopping fatigue. But she was fantastic!! She had more knowledge of the inventory in the shoeroom and the the store policy and warranties for everything than any sales person we had ever encountered and she made us comfortable right away so we could use her info and experience to sort everything out and help us find just what we needed. We were confident in our purchase as a result and wouldn't hesitate to shop there again any time. Many thanks again Maggie!
