  I visited the new store on Boston Road in Springfield on Labor Day intending to buy a new recliner. I was greeted by Aixa as I walked in. I had taken pictures of my living room so that we could pick out a nice color and Aixa helped me through the entire process. She was very nice and very professional and helpful. I ended up purchasing a power rocker recliner which I had tried out in the store. I was very pleased with the entire process and I would go back again.
