Originally, I thought this was going to be a good place with good rates. But, they have raised their rates twice in the last 6 months. And they get you with all sorts of "other" fees. My monthly bill for a 10x5 is over $83 now through them, but it's going up to $144 starting in September 2026. They have lost my business at this point as I am looking for a more honest & stable storage company. What a rip off jacking their extortionary prices up $61 after they already raised the prices earlier this year.

Giving it 3 stars just cause the place is pretty new n clean n no problems with accessing my unit. But recently parking in the front has been an issue, they only have 5 spots as the other 2-3 spots are for the disabled and in the last 2 weeks I've found no parking spots available making it very inconvenient as I do not want to go thru the gate. Then the manager John(Or Johnny) a couple months ago said "call me if the new rent increase after the promotional period ends is not what you expect and I can work around the price before u decide to leave." We reach out to him cause the price went up by about $80 and he said that's what the rent is sorry." So i got no adjustment- NOTHING. Please do not lie to customers just to do business with us and look good in front of the owners. Very deceptive! A storage place near my home in West Springfield increases by $35 only once a year as my cousin has been renting from them for 3 years. They don't have the rental size i need but once a unit becomes available I'll be leaving Extra Space
