  We worked with Carmen to buy a leather couch for my son’s new apartment in Boston. She was super helpful, knowledgeable but most importantly not pushy! She gave us her card and I called when we were ready to order. She followed up with us, helped me change the delivery date when our schedule changed, and made sure the delivery was successful. I highly recommend R&F and especially recommend working with Carmen!

  Raymour & Flanigan is the place to get a quality mattress. Be sure to ask for Amy when you get there - she knows more about mattresses than you ever knew existed and will get you well-rested on an insanely good mattress in no time.

  Service was wonderful from the beginning to the end I love my coffee table I got exactly what I wanted the price was unbelievable I will recommend you guys to everyone I know a lot of people don't know you are even there I didn't know you was even there myself until I drove by the other day then I looked you up your website that's what made me go in there beautiful store excellent customer service too our saleswoman was wonderful and funny she was a pleasure. I got a great thing about that okay. Want to watch your life thanks okay you want to sign this for me Sandy please yes ma'am you're welcome, that's awful I mean I tried doesn't work out he's going to check the pool court so it's going to make noise

  Their sales people are very convincing, and I somehow got talked into buying the worst couch I've ever owned for $1,200, only to see on the website that it is now on sale for $800! They have NO warranty and no return option so I am stuck with an extremely cheaply-made and uncomfortable sofa that I am now forced to give away for free. I will NEVER shop at raymour and Flanigan again. Go to Wayfair or literally any other furniture store that will actually help you and stand behind their products.

  Excellent service! Carmen connected with me on the online chat when I was browsing the webpage and converted to phone conversation. She assisted me with designing a sectional and had many great suggestions. She was very available throughout the entire process and worked very efficiently with me to get the best product at the best price. I shopped Raymour on the advice of a friend who recommended them due to great product and service. I agree and will recommend to others!
