  Richard’s service was supportive not pushy or intrusive. Richard provided detailed info (pricing, color options, types of fabrics) on the furniture sets of our interests. He was patient and laid back. He was also ok w/my Husband and I going to other furniture stores to compare pricing because he knew the high quality of Raymour & Flanigan Furniture could not be beat. He was correct. We returned to make the purchase of our choice w/Richard because of his professionalism, and for being personable. Looking forward to our delivery! Thank you Richard.   My customer experience with Brian L. in the Sommerville, MA store was the nicest and most productive customer experience I have ever had in making such a major purchase. I am so happy not only with my new mattress, but with the great care that Brian took in helping me choose the right one. From the moment I walked into the store, Brian took the time and genuine attention to listen to my needs due to a recent back injury, and the previous mattress I had bought from another vendor which was already badly sagging after less than 4 years. I had a lot of questions about mattresses, pillows, and covers - for myself and my husband - but not once in the almost two hours he spent with me did I see even a nanosecond of impatience or frustration on Brian's face. Just his beaming smile! Brian was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and patient, yet not pushy. I left the store confident that I made the right choice for both me and my husband, based on the time, care, and info that Brian was able to give me - combined with the time I spent testing each mattress for several minutes, per the advice of my PT. I brought my husband back on Saturday to do his "two second test" on the mattress - as well as the Purple pillow had Brian suggested for him - and we had our mattress and Purple pillows a couple of days later! We've been sleeping on our new Aireloom Pasadena Luxury Extra Firm for several nights, my back is feeling great, and my husband is not snoring on his Purple pillow!!! A Million Thanks to Brian for that huge bonus!!!!! We are waking up feeling rested, and we're so happy with our purchase! I am so happy that R&F opened a store near me, and I will consistently seek out Brian for my future furniture needs!
