  Ordered a bed and chairs on August 2. The chairs were promised in three weeks and are now over a week past the committed date, with no updated delivery date. I called the sales associate who handled my purchase to ask for a new date and never received a response. The bed was delivered on August 29 with impact damage to the upper right corner of the headboard — the finish chipped away, bare wood exposed. I photographed it while the crew was still carrying it into the apartment, so it clearly arrived that way. Two problems on one order, and no communication from the store on either. I'm still waiting for a delivery date and a resolution on the damaged piece.

  Carmen, the sales associate on the floor who helped us, was absolutely amazing. In addition to my purchase, she helped our household pick out a sectional, a universal box spring, and a new mattress. She knew the products, listened to our needs and wants, and helped us find the perfect furniture for our space.

  For anyone who hasn’t bought furniture here yet, I’ll let you what they won’t about their “deferred interest” offer. They’ll charge you the whole interest amount for the X amount of months your interest was deferred if you don’t pay off the full amount by the end of the deferment period. They confuse you will all this talk about not paying any interest and get you distracted. Maybe we should have known better, because sales folk always just want their paycheck. We had 150$ left to pay and were slapped with 600$ interest right before we paid off our purchase. It’s just disappointing to have someone who is really “nice” to your face, and then realize all the niceness and small talk, and reassurances about not paying any interest, was just to trap you. They will charge you the ENTIRE interest amount for the last 6,12,18 or 24 months. Not just for that month you went over. Some of you may think you won’t be paying any interest for at least a few months, but let me tell you that they’ll just end up charging you at the end. Don’t let any nice small talk distract you for asking enough questions or you’ll end up getting bitten like we did.

  Rich initially helped me select a mattress and schedule delivery, which went extremely smoothly. Unfortunately the mattress ended up tearing after a few months but they made the process for swapping for a completely different mattress very easy - took 20 minutes instore and Pedro was able to assist and provide plenty of info regarding the new mattress. Overall a very smooth experience.
