Excellent experience with Francis and Josh helping me every step of the way. This was my first time getting a storage unit and they were so patient, gracious, and kind. Highly recommend this location. It is clean, well managed, and professional. I moved my household items here after moving out of Harvard housing, and the process was made much easier with their assistance. The office is well stocked with moving supplies, providing added convenience.
