Despite repeated phone calls and e mail confirmations, the service crew did not show on 4 seperate occasions causing me to waste many hours waiting. I never received a call or message explaining why they had not come despite repeated requests to know why. Clearly Leslie is not interested in fostering good business relationships, or able to treat potential clients with common courtesy. Barbara
