It all began with Tim Dillon, whose professionalism, knowledge, and guidance immediately put us at ease. He walked us through the process step by step, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the plan to remove four trees from our property. When it came time for the work to be done, Tim’s onsite crew — Ivan, Justin, Mike, and Paulie — were simply outstanding. Their precision, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Even though I only show the before-and-after photos of one tree and a time lapse video of 3 trees, all 4 were removed flawlessly. The property was left immaculate, and you would never have known such extensive work had just been completed. The entire team was professional, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what they do.
