    My shopping experience was excellent. I was looking for a bedroom set. Joseph was very accommodating and showed me various options that paralleled my color and style interests. I was able to get a great bedroom set - on sale - and to be delivered in a few days. Great!

    My experience recently was absolutely remarkable. I was placing an online order for 2 mattresses. My billing address is different than my delivery address. There was an issue getting it straightened out.I chatted with their online help. There was a sales associate that answered the online chat named Bill Bento. He assisted me in straightening it out,and having me scheduled for delivery to the proper place. As we were speaking in the online chat, he had given me his text number in order to be sure the payment went through and get confirmation and told me to keep the number if I needed any assistance. At midnight when I looked at the confirmation email, I saw somebody transpose the delivery address and the billing address. I texted to what I thought was the gentleman's business phone.He would see it in the morning and be able to rectify it. He literally answered me at midnight.Told me, I'll fix it right now.Then, text it back to show me it had been rectified. I was so embarrassed that I called somebody's personal cellphone at midnight. He could not have been nicer. Bill Bento was the definition of customer service and he was appreciated.

    This store is full of nice people who unfortunately are not good at their jobs. Their computer systems and processing systems should not be trusted. The bank they work with for financing Comenity is equally as incompetent while also being rude. Buying furniture from this store was one of the most frustrating experiences as a customer I have ever experienced. They messed up my financing and initially charged me triple. They then charged me $100.00 on my financing account 2 months after I purchased my furniture. No one at the financing company or the store can explain the charge to me. They messed up telling us we could pick up the furniture on a certain day. So, we got rid of our current furniture. Only to find out we had to wait 5 more days to get it, so we had no living room furniture for days. Due to this mess up and a few other issues we asked them to absorb some of the delivery charge as a courtesy for our inconveniences, they refused. A total of 6 things went wrong during this entire process. Absolutely nothing ran smoothly, not buying the furniture, not the pickup/delivery process, not the financing, even months after the purchase they are charging my account whatever they want and providing no reasoning. Comenity Bank has a score of 1.04 on the Better Business Bureau. Raymour and Flannigan has a 1.17 on the Better Business Bureau. These people do not respect your time, money, or peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and find another retailer to buy from. Also, I have a strong feeling that most of these positive reviews are fake or bought. 41 – 5-star reviews in the past 2 weeks alone? Sure.

    Emily was great. I explained exactly what I wanted and she immediately thought of something. When I checked out what she was thinking and I tested it out I immediately fell in love with it. It was a great experience of someone really listening and understanding what I am saying. It also helped that I did my researched and knew the parameters of what I was looking for.

    I initially, back in January, was assisted by Mark who was helpful and was able to secure the door buster promotion and sale prices for the President’s Day Sale, even though we were not quite ready to purchase due to home renovations. When we were ready, the sales associate had changed, but was less patient and accommodating with our changes and price adjustments. She was a bit like a frustrated waitress. The tv stand was delivered with minor damage, but damage. I reached out to her and she dealt with my concerns via text only. I thought at least a phone call would have shown some care towards our overall satisfaction. But not at all. Very short, to the point, and matter of fact texts. When ordered the couch, there were two colors in the showroom (one blue - one beige/Fossil Sugar Shack). We chose beige. But once the couch was delivered, it felt like a different color entirely in the house. And I looked online to see that the couch was offered in a variety of colors and fabrics…. Never mentioned by our associate at the time of our sale. In hindsight, it’s had become apparent that she could have cared less to go the extra and say…. “In this set….these are all the available colors”….. THAT’S IT!!! One sentence. She said nothing. We spent over $5000 on 7 pieces. I am still waiting on delivery of 2 of the 6 pieces. I reached out to her to ask what the policy was for a possible exchange for a different color…. Her reply in text was again, a simple response: “we have no exchange or refund policy”. And nothing else. That really is poor service. I really don’t like the couch in my space. And now, I own it. First and last time shopping with Raymour & Flanigan. I really think that they could have some sort of policy in place to ensure their customers satisfaction is a priority, or at least, part of what the company incorporates into their training for the staff to strive for. Clearly it was thank you and so long. No dialog, no communication, no policy. It has left me with little faith in their service.
