    My whole experience recently was absolutely terrible. I placed an order online for I store pick up. My whole total came to $1,650. They placed multiple charges on my card totaling up to $4,200 to the point that it put my bank account into the negative. We were told the only way the charges would be reversed is once we got our items. When we went to pick up our order they said they lost it and couldn’t find it anywhere. They said they would look and call us the next day to come back. One of our items had to be shipped to our house. This item kept saying the payment was declined even though it wasn’t as they took almost triple the amount from my bank account. I was told I couldn’t get my order since my payment was declined and they couldn’t refund my card until I got my order. I called the seekonk location and talked to the manager about all my issues and still not being able to get my money back or my order and was told he would call me back in 10 minutes. It’s been 5 days and still no call back. I called the customer service number and was told it’s not their fault and if I want my money back to just cancel the order. I explained my frustration as I couldn’t use my debit card cause they took so much money out. I couldn’t buy gas to go to work get groceries for my 1 year old son and they all just said it’s not their fault. I even spoke with the excutive customer service and was basically told it’s not their fault and have nice day. I would not recommended purchasing anything online through them ever. They are all incredibly rude, have terrible customer service or empathy for anyone. If I could have gotten my items through Home Depot I would have been they didn’t have them. This isn’t the first time they have done stuff like this to customers and it definitely won’t be the last.

    I picked up a curbside order today 5/6/26 that included purple primer for PVC. The associate placed the order inside my car. I didnt think of checking the bag. When i arrived home, my car, all my purchased supplies and due to the wind, my vinyl siding, all were covered in this purple primer. This stuff won't budge off of my siding and all my supplies for my project were damaged. Online customer service was no help at all. Absolutely frustrating. Be sure to double check all your items when completing a curbside order. I have to repurchase all my supplies due to negligence of an open can. Unreal.

    I took delivery of a concrete bird bath from (I assume) this Lowes, being that delivery was Bristol, RI. Delivery was horrible. $70 to ship the bird bath, which was $52. $70 for the delivery person just to dump the bird bath on the recipient's lawn. No invoice slip or sticker, just the bird bath tossed on the lawn. $70 and my recipient thought someone dumped their junk on their lawn. I really would have thought paying $70 to ship a gift bird bath would have gone better than this. Yep not going through Lowes next time!

    Exceptional customer service. Employee had to literally go like 10 extra miles for me and didn't even flinch. I appreciated the time and effort spent trying to get me the stock I needed in the most efficient and least expensive way. I observed excellent communication between employees and Superior safety awareness. I was really actually so impressed with this Lowe's. Having been to so many.... A really great one does stand out!
