I placed a order online over $4,000, I go there to pick up part of the order, it's the wrong size, as I'm waiting she goes and get the right size, Comes back with the same item, I told her forget it cancel that part of the order, with that order I had two boxes of 2-in roofing nails, I drive all the way home look in the bag, I have two boxes of 7/8 roofing nails, drove all the way back there They double check the order and it said two boxes two inch roofing nails, The lady at the pickup return desk, The same exact one that gave me the 7/8 roofing nails, she said they didn't even check me out the day before when I picked up the nails, I told them cancel the whole order I will get the stuff myself, I also told them that was the last time they'll ever see me in that store, They have absolutely no clue what they're doing, extremely disappointed, I will stick with Home Depot.

She is very nice and very helpful employee in seekonk low’s. I wish I have have employees like Gail. Julio is very good manager. My whole experience recently was absolutely terrible. I placed an order online for I store pick up. My whole total came to $1,650. They placed multiple charges on my card totaling up to $4,200 to the point that it put my bank account into the negative. We were told the only way the charges would be reversed is once we got our items. When we went to pick up our order they said they lost it and couldn’t find it anywhere. They said they would look and call us the next day to come back. One of our items had to be shipped to our house. This item kept saying the payment was declined even though it wasn’t as they took almost triple the amount from my bank account. I was told I couldn’t get my order since my payment was declined and they couldn’t refund my card until I got my order. I called the seekonk location and talked to the manager about all my issues and still not being able to get my money back or my order and was told he would call me back in 10 minutes. It’s been 5 days and still no call back. I called the customer service number and was told it’s not their fault and if I want my money back to just cancel the order. I explained my frustration as I couldn’t use my debit card cause they took so much money out. I couldn’t buy gas to go to work get groceries for my 1 year old son and they all just said it’s not their fault. I even spoke with the excutive customer service and was basically told it’s not their fault and have nice day. I would not recommended purchasing anything online through them ever. They are all incredibly rude, have terrible customer service or empathy for anyone. If I could have gotten my items through Home Depot I would have been they didn’t have them. This isn’t the first time they have done stuff like this to customers and it definitely won’t be the last.
