    Been shopping here since they opened a few years ago. Massive spot for every sort of home goods you can imagine. From outdoor patio sets to artwork for your home. We’ve gotten a lot of great stuff here, but as of 2026 the prices have gotten insane. To be clear, the staff is great and the selection of goods is very diverse, but they’ve fallen into the typical box store trap of marking up prices insanely high and then marking everything on clearance. Only the clearance price is what the usual price should be or higher. Recently, we were looking at outdoor pots and I was dumbfounded at the markup. Same with the furniture. It’s now extremely expensive. $130 for a tall thin plastic pot that goes for $30-$50 at Lowe’s. All on “clearance” for 40-50% off and it’s still over priced. Wild. Check my photos for examples.

    I ordered a 6’ round rug for an office remodel last November. The remodel took much longer than we had anticipated and when we opened the rug, although the label said slate/grey (which is what we wanted) we got ivory blue. My designer and I tried over and over again with “Susan” from Beyond Customer Care to EXCHANGE the rug for the right color. This was clearly their error. We sent pictures of the rug, the packaging with the label etc etc. “Susan” would not help. Very disappointed. This rug doesn’t match at all

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
