Absolutely terrible company. Their pricing is an aggressive bait-and-switch structure. They send rate increases every few months, and in my experience, those increases have been extreme — in most cases more than 120%.
Even worse, they changed my move-out date without my knowledge and re-rented my storage unit despite the fact that I had already prepaid for that time?!
I will NEVER use this company again and would strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them.
