I had a great experience at LaundroMax! The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The facility was very clean, well-maintained, and made doing laundry much more pleasant.
A special thank you to Rio, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Rio went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Clean facility, outstanding customer service, and amazing staff. 10 out of 10 — I highly recommend LaundryMax and will definitely be coming back!

I love when Rico is there he keeps it clean and get goes around and ask people are they okand do they need anything....the laundry mat is nice and calm when he is there....

This Laundromax was terrific! Visiting from out of town and needing to do a large load of dirty laundry quickly, this place was perfect. After finding it online, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Laundromax surpassed my expectations. The facilities are clean and machines easy to use. Robert was incredibly kind and generous in helping explain how the card system works and how to use the machines. He even stepped outside and flagged me down when I couldn’t find the door (it’s on the side street). I would come here again in a heart beat. Thank you Robert!!

I’ve been coming here since I’ve been 14 when my mother used to live right across the street I am now an adult and I’m out of management that has been in this place hasn’t been that great. The manager the current manager right now is nasty and disgusting and rude on the way she talks to customers she talks hostile and then claims that the other person is talking hostile, which is not true. I’ve been asking for my refund since February and did everything that she asked me to do I have done it. now all of a sudden, my paperwork has been gone no one seem to know where it is and now I have to email when I could’ve just emailed from the beginning.This is completely unprofessional and out of order. All over $40 that your machine took from my card so instead of paying $80 that day I paid 120 since February we are now in May. This is ridiculous, I haven’t been back to that place since I even dropped off my paperwork. The current manager says she never got it, but I know she did because the guys insured me and made sure that he was gonna give it to her and he couldn’t promised. Manager Paola why is she a manager her attitude toward customers SUCKS!!
